Abstract:

 One of the problems facing education and education. Until now only a few Children with Special Needs are able to provide opportunities to compete and have a decent career. the implementation of career guidance in some schools in Surakarta has not been implemented. This is due to the limited guidance, materials and career information held by teachers. In the implementation of teachers is limited to providing information about career options that can be taken by students after graduating extraordinary school, and the view that children with special needs career only limited to outstanding graduate school. Because career information provided by the teacher is not maximized, it will affect the maturity and career decisions that students have. Based on this, it is better for schools to hold discussions in schools in career guides that focus on multiple stakeholders. Discussion contains subject matter on career guidance material in accordance with all upper schools.
