Abstract:

This study specifically the impact of five HRM practices: recruitment and selection, salary and welfare, job evaluation, training and development and organization performance, on employees’ commitment. A sample of 300 employees in SMEs in Bac Ninh province was surveyed regarding their practices in these areas. The result provides empirical support that recruitment and selection, salary and welfare, job evaluation, training and development and organization performance have positive effects on Bac Ninh SMEs employees’ commitment, with incentive compensation having the greatest impact.
