Abstract:

The strong social demand for the health industry in the post-epidemic era in China has become further prominent. This paper puts forward four basic essentials for underpinning the social policies and for optimizing the development of the health industry under the background of the medical reform and examines the relevant understandings from three perspectives that the health industry should be benefited from high-tech and digital economy. Then combined with “demand-side reform," the request of the Central Government , the paper discusses the strategies related to consumption, investment, import, and export so as to “eliminate blockages” and “connect loops” that are necessary for the development of health industry in China.
