Abstract:

Thin layer chromatography is a neglected test and is about to become obsolete from the clinical biochemistry laboratories. In this context, the aim of the present study is to determine the reducing sugar that is present in the urine samples sent to the lab as a routine investigation in a pediatric hospital setup.
