Abstract:

Bacteria are slightestoriginal, simple, unicellular, prokaryotic and microscopic organisms. Butthese creatures cannot be considered with naked eyes since of their minute structure. Soin search for the information about the structure and alignment of bacterial cells, cell biologistused light microscopes with aarithmeticalopening of 1.4 and using wavelength of 0.4μm parting.But there are still definite cellular structures that cannot be gottendone naked eyes, and forthem electron microscope is used. There are convincedbetterkinds of light microscope which canbe incorporated to increase their determining power. Hence microscopy is playing a crucial role inthe field of bacteriology.
