Abstract:

 Technological change is inevitable. In the process of development, traditional technologies become obsolete and make way for new and better ones. With the advent of the era of science and technology, humanity at large has benefited from all new innovations. This study investigates the effect of technological change on the growth of an economy with special reference to developing countries and macroeconomic problems faced by developing countries in adopting new technologies.
