Abstract:
From the viewpoint of the leisure economics, on base of gravitation model, this paper has empirically and dynamically studied on relationship between cultural leisure life and human capital growth by state-space model and found that there is a co-integration relationship between the level of cultural leisure life and the level of the human capital growth. The cultural leisure life lifts the level of human capital from two ways, one is maintaining effect (such as role of reading level and appreciating performance), another is lift effect (such as function of tourism, internet and game on line). But not all contents of cultural leisure take positively function on human capital level (like role of film and TV, cultural organization). The production slope of cultural leisure life on human capital level increases quickly before 1990s then keeps stable in high place, next slightly declines step by step after 2000 because of the law of diminishing marginal utility. As control variable, system environment has no function on human capital. In the end of this paper, we give some advices for government and firms.
