Abstract:

The effect of solar radiation on the behavior of heat pipes under magnetized nanofluids has been described by a two-dimensional dynamic heat transfer and fluid flow model using solar photovoltaic-Thermal collector under different boundary conditions. The model has been established after the equations of conservation of mass and energy, thermodynamic thermophysical properties under different magnetic Gauss forces. Model validations were made against literature data. The predicted results were fairly compared with existing data on the subject.

Keywords:

Numerical modeling, simulation, photovoltaic-thermal solar hybrid system, heat pipes magnetized nanofluids, model validation.
