To support and maintain high publishing standards—including peer review, plagiarism checking, AI writing checking, copyediting, typesetting, journal management, digital hosting, and long-term archiving—an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable only after successful peer review and acceptance of the manuscript. Articles accepted for publication in IJVS are made available under a full open-access model, ensuring unrestricted access to readers worldwide.

• For Overseas / Foreign Authors:
  • USD 70 / EUR 70 per accepted article
• For Indian Authors:
  • APC Payable: INR 2,900

Additional Author Charges

The APC includes up to four (4) authors per manuscript.
For manuscripts with more than four authors, the following additional author charges apply:

• Indian Authors:
  • INR 500 per additional author
• Overseas / Foreign Authors:
  • USD 10 per additional author

Example Calculation

If a manuscript includes six (6) authors, the number of additional authors is calculated as: 6 − 4 = 2 additional authors. Therefore:

For Indian Authors:

• Additional author fee = 2 × INR 500 = INR 1000

For Overseas Authors:

• Additional author fee = 2 × USD 10 = USD 20
