Abstract:

The problem of “short-lived architecture” in contemporary China is one of the major practical issues related to the high-quality development of the economy and the society as well as to the realization of modernization. It has attracted great attention in the world, but so far, there are few research results on this issue in academic circles, especially in economic circles. Based on the delineation of the empirical situation, this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the effect and causes of the short-lived architecture in contemporary China, and then put forward relevant train of thinking, countermeasures and basic essentials.
