Abstract:

The article analyzes the implementation of the control system for prisoners who receive assimilation and integration policies during the COVID-19 pandemic. This legal research is normative legal research conducted by literature study. This legal research uses a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. This legal research uses primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Based on the results of this legal research, the implementation of the control system for assimilation and integration of prisoners uses several indicators, including statutory regulations, implementation of the duties and roles of community guidance, parties related to the control system of assimilation and integration as well as the implementation process.
